Orders can be picked up daily from [10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 5:00 PM during store hours [10:00 AM -7:00 PM] will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day we are open.
• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Customers will be notified if processing takes longer.
SHIPPING DETAILS
When placing your order, enter your address and select your preferred shipping option. Click the “continue to shipping” button.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (tracking number).
• Free Shipping: Free delivery for orders over $100.
• Priority Shipping by USPS: Customers can opt for expedited delivery at an additional cost, typically within 1–2 days.
• Standard Shipping: The most affordable option, with a delivery time of 3–7 business days.
• Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect address, the seller may correct it before shipping. Once shipped, responsibility lies with the buyer.
DOMESTIC RATES AND SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Our shipping policy is based on the order weight and delivery type. Please note that items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Sales tax is applicable to purchases shipped to all U.S. states.
The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, excluding return shipping costs.
• If an incorrect item was shipped, the seller will resend the correct item free of charge.
• In case of damage, please email us as soon as possible at gelpoint.shop@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the damaged item. Each case is reviewed individually, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

! LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES !
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:
• Check your mailbox and surrounding area
• Ask your neighbors
• Contact your local post office
We are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation.
