Flash aFlakes top Coat 2 - a top coat with reflective glitter WITHOUT a sticky layer, 10 ml. Like regular top coat, it is used as a finishing layer. It will preserve all previous layers, ensure perfect manicure wear, and add a festive sparkle to any gel polish shade. It has no sticky layer. The top coat does not crack and retains its shine throughout extended wear.
